Shipping & Returns
Maelu is located in Portland, Oregon. Orders within the US ship within 1-5 business days via USPS and include tracking.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
International orders are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. Please choose Priority Mail Express if you would like a tracking number. Maelu is not responsible for payment of any duty or import fees.
Returns / Exchanges

We want you to love your Maelu textiles! If your purchase does not work out for you we will happily exchange or return your item.
Please email email@example.com to initiate your exchange. Returns and exchanges must be sent back (postmarked) within 14 days of the order delivery date (including weekends). All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. After 14 days, all sales are final. Once your item has been received, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. We offer free shipping on exchanges.
Returns are processed 7-10 days after arriving to the studio, you are notified by email once the refund has been issued. Please note postage costs are not refundable and all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns not meeting these requirements.
All Sale Items are final sale, no exchanges. Sales and Promotions do not apply to previous purchases.
